I had been through the home building process 3 times through the years, before we chose Renaissance Living to build for us on a lot we had purchased recently. As we often say: “Times have changed”… And, with respect to this process, it was for the better compared to previous experiences! From Nick, the co-owner that introduced us to their company and guided us through the design process, to Scott, our building site superintendent, and to the office staff, Ruth and Stephanie, that worked behind the scenes to make it all happen seamlessly, we could not have asked for more qualified, helpful and kind individuals to with which to work. The flexibility of this builder far exceeds some others that we spoke with before settling on Renaissance Living - some of the larger so-called custom builders in town. Randy, the main partner, was the other guy that helped make this happen for us so painlessly. Even after the closing, they have continued to help with the few minor issues that have popped up with some of the trades. An interesting observation: After speaking with several of the subcontractors that Renaissance used for the construction and completion of our home, it became apparent that they favored working for this builder versus others, based on the way they were treated by Renaissance. Those relationships obviously yielded a better end result. Overall, we both are extremely happy with this team and would highly recommend them.
